About Maxine Bryce
I help mid-life Women release anxiety, fear, self-doubt, internal conflict, lack of trust, and lack of confidence.
I help my clients recover and heal, and support them to live life fully and authentically, in health and happiness.
My first career was in dance. From the age of 5 Ballet exams gave me butterflies which later evolved into agaonising anxiety over auditions. Simply the thought of going to an audition made me want to throw up – no matter what I tried I couldn’t relax. Even though I was consistently successful, working for top choreographers on stages and television around the world – the evidence of success didn’t change how I felt inside!
After losing everything I owned in a fire on a Caribbean Cruise ship and another life-threatening experience in Iraq in 1982 I decided to make my life count. I had survived for a reason, I just didn’t know what it was!
The horrific experience of being held hostage in a foreign country, guarded by men with automatic weapons and fearing for my life every day for months, caused me to dig deep within myself to find my strength. Imagine having everything … 5-star luxury – treated like royalty – and then overnight, having everything stripped away! I was chosen as the negotiator and after four long months I finally got us released to return home – All this by the tender age of 21!
The over-riding emotion that I carried from these events was a deep fear of loss. I lost so much, so many times that I never felt safe or secure. There was never certainty or security in my past. I lived in constant fear of losing everything again. Life had shown me that it couldn’t be trusted.
To create what I wanted I had to find a new way of being. One that I had never known. This led me to my journey in personal development. I learned that I’d been running specific unconscious internal strategies that stopped me from being how I wanted to be when it mattered most.
I was so grateful to be able to transform those old patterns and so happy with the positive results of those changes that I decided to become a practitioner and help others. I went on to become a Master Practitioner in 3 different branches of NLP. I’m a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) trainer and an mBIT Master Coach.
For more than 20 years, I've helped thousands of people, just like you, transform Stress, Anxiety, Fear, Panic, Overwhelm, Self-Doubt, Lack of Trust, Burnout and other deblitating issues. I would love to help you discover and dissolve the barriers to living the life you truly love.

Being part of a team including Olympic Coaches in the corporate sector gave me vital performance tools and many senior executives were referred to me because of my ability to understand their powerful mental and emotional challenges.
After moving from London to the countryside, my life changed dramatically. I traded my stilettos for trainers, acquired a Cocker Spaniel and an addiction to competing in agility with her!
One of my agility friends knew I helped people with performance anxiety and recommended me to a dressage rider who needed help with competition nerves – and she’s now on Team GB. It mushroomed through referrals and I’m loving this too!
