EFT- Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as EFT, Cllinical EFT, or Tapping is a blend of western Psychology and Acupuncture (only without needles).

EFT is highly effective for improving sports performance and is being used by many World Class athletes because it can quickly remove the layer of anxiety that holds you back from doing your best, allowing all your ability to shine through.
The amazing successes of EFT with a wide range of emotional and physical issues have created breakthrough understandings about the nature of healing, personal development, and performance.

Clinical research has recognised, that our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases.

EFT is simple to use and I teach it to my clients to maintain and expand the results they get in their personal sessions. This is truly empowering as most other techniques achieve results solely through visiting a practitioner. For example, the acupuncturist doesn’t send you home with a bag of needles, and the chiropractor doesn’t give you adjustments to do at home!

Coaching with EFT

Why do so many people struggle to accomplish their most heartfelt goals, dreams, or ambitions?

Even when working with an expert coach to help them reach their potential, they will endeavor to do their best only to sabotage their efforts and be disappointed - again! This can become an unconscious cycle with the consequence of giving up on their goal just before they achieve it, or not even risk going for their goal because of the intense pain of failing.

This cycle is a clear indication of internal conflict, which sabotages success, every single time – leading to frustration, disappointment, self-doubt, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, fear of failure, and being stuck. Internal conflict can eventually manifest in physical or emotional illness. EFT/tapping is an excellent tool to use in the coaching process to release unclonscious and conscious blocks so you can achieve your goals and excell in your career, relationships, your wellbeing and your life.
