 Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as EFT, Clinical EFT, or Tapping, is a powerful tool used by practitioners to address a range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, phobias, and chronic pain, by balancing the body's energy system and shifting emotional patterns.

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a holistic approach that combines elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming therapy (NLP), cognitive therapy, and physical stimulation of the acupuncture points. By gently tapping on specific acupuncture points while focusing on the problem, EFT aims to release negative emotions, reduce anxiety, and promote self-healing.

"EFT works by calming key areas of the brain involved in stress and memory"

What Can EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Help With?

Due to the way our emotions affect our physical wellbeing and vice-versa, EFT is a powerful way to tackle both issues at once. For example, many people may find that stress causes muscle pains, anxiety causes IBS, or depression causes migraines. Likewise, chronic pain causes emotional distress that can worsen symptoms.
